To give you an accurate quote we need the property address and postcode, whether it is a commercial premises, catering kitchen or rented home, and a list of the gas appliances on site. If you have a previous certificate, its details help too.

Can my letting agent book a landlord CP12?
Yes. We are happy to deal with letting agents and tenants directly to arrange access for a landlord gas safety check.
